Our growing number of sizes, shapes and colors along with providing a quality product and our extensive knowledge about wall aquariums and fish sets ourselves from other sellers. Our fish tanks include all accessories needed to get your aquarium set up right away. Our accessories are also detachable so each component can be separately changed out instead of having to remove the entire aquarium like some others. You should never have to remove our wall aquarium off the wall once you install it.
We work directly with the manufacturer and we offer our own warranties.

We currently ship all orders to the lower 48 states using FEDEX. For residents of AK, HI, AS, FM, GU, MH, MP, PW, PR, VI, AA, AE, AP, and EE addresses, you will be charge the actual cost of shipping based on the weight and/or value of your shopping cart. We DO ship internationally too. For international shipping please call us with your order. Please email us with any questions regarding shipping procedures.
Most orders ship via FedEx. Orders shipping by FedEx generally arrive in 5-10 business days. International orders will vary. Most orders are shipping within 24 hours of being placed. If an item is on backorder you will be notified.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority and we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We have set specific guidelines to ensure a hassle-free, quick and easy return and exchange process. We have a experts who can walk you step by step through this process.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. If your item was shipped or delivered to you, please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves. Once the carrier leaves, you are assuming responsibility that the packaged had arrived undamaged. If there are damages, please deny the shipment and make any notations and notify your driver of any damages.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase - you can return or exchange the item within 14 days of the purchase date as long as the item is returned in new, unused and resalable condition inside its original packaging.
All items properly returned under this policy are eligible for a refund unless otherwise noted. We will credit you for the total purchase price, upon receipt of the item, less any applicable restocking fees (20% of the Purchase Cost). We also deduct the incurred shipping & handling charges even if your order was purchased during a free shipping promotion.
Additional fees may apply if not returned in original packaging. Returns will be inspected prior to credit given. Please keep in mind, credit card companies vary in the time they post credits to your account. Please allow one to two billing cycles for the refund to appear on your statement.
Please contact customer service at (888) 985-0005 or email us for further instructions on your return and to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You must retain an RMA prior to shipping it back. In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts,
damaged or defective please call us within 30 days and we will send you the correct item, replacement item, or replacement parts at no cost to you. Our customer service hours for existing orders are Monday - Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST, and closed Saturday and Sunday.
We reserve the right to determine restocking fees required to refund a fair portion of your order.
All of our aquariums come with a 1 year warranty for factory defect and 60 day warranty on accessories. Our quality control is exceptional. Please make sure you understand the terms & conditions prior to purchasing.
All aquariums are manufactured on a custom basis. Due to the nature of these orders, all sales are final. Cancelled orders (prior to shipment) will be assessed a 15% fee and any delivery/handling fees will be deducted from the refund.
