We currently ship all orders to the lower 48 states using FEDEX. For residents of AK, HI, AS, FM, GU, MH, MP, PW, PR, VI, AA, AE, AP, and EE addresses, you will be charge the actual cost of shipping based on the weight and/or value of your shopping cart. We DO ship internationally too. For international shipping please call us with your order. Please email us with any questions regarding shipping procedures.
Most orders ship via FedEx. Orders shipping by FedEx generally arrive in 5-10 business days. International orders will vary. Most orders are shipped within 24 hours of being placed. If an item is on backorder you will be notified.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. However, all aquariums are manufactured on a custom basis. Due to the nature of these orders, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In certain exceptions if we do accept returns, customer will be responsible for the original cost of shipping, cost to ship it back plus 20% restocking fee.
In the unlikely event that your order is incorrect, missing parts, damaged or defective please call us within 2 days and we will send you the correct item, replacement item, or replacement parts at no cost to you. Please contact customer service at (888) 985-0005 or email us for further instructions on your return and to receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. You must retain an RMA prior to shipping it back. If you return an item without proper RMA, the warehouse will dispose of the returned item and we will not be able to refund you. If we issue an RMA based on accepted returns, the return must be sent back in the way it was shipped. If we freighted the product to you, it must be freighted back versus shipping via ground. Our customer service hours for existing orders are Monday - Friday 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. PST, and closed Saturday and Sunday.
Upon purchasing our products, you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the purchase. We reserve the right to determine restocking fees required to refund a fair portion of your order.
CANCELLATION PRIOR TO SHIPPING
All our orders are processed immediately. All orders are eligible to be canceled prior to processing. Please contact us at email@example.com within 1 hour of ordering to be eligible for full refund. If you don't notify us within 1 hour, you will be refunded your full amount less 15% cancellation fee.
PLEASE INSPECT YOUR ORDER IMMEDIATELY UPON ARRIVAL. If your item was shipped, please inspect the product for visible damage before the carrier leaves. Once the carrier leaves, you are assuming responsibility that the packaged had arrived undamaged. If you neglected to inspect the item upon delivery, please notify us immediately within 24 hours at firstname.lastname@example.org.
All of our aquariums come with a 1 year warranty for factory defect and 30 day warranty on accessories. Please note the accessories are free items. If there are any defects with the accessories, they can be replaced within 30 days. Any defects with the free accessories does not warrant the return on the aquarium. Our quality control is exceptional. Please make sure you understand the terms & conditions prior to purchasing.
